HOW IS MY POSITION PROTECTED WHEN I SEND YOU MY CLIENTS PROJECT AND INFORMATION DETAILS?

Once you submit your clients application you will be registered you as the introducer/ broker.

IF I ALREADY HAVE AN AGREEMENT WITH MY CLIENT TO PAY MY STANDARD COMMISSION FREE WILL THIS BE HONOURED BY YOUR FIRM?

Yes, we will honour any signed commission agreement you may have with your client which we be paid in full at completion.

FOR INSURANCE & FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS:

HOW IS THE CONFIDENTIALITY PROTECTED SHOULD WE WISH TO SUBMIT TO YOU, OUR CLIENTS THAT ARE ALREADY UNDER OUR OWN CONFIDENTIALITY?

We respect and honour all forms of confidentiality, all your dealings with Alon Business Consultancy Limited are protected under our own strict confidentiality policy.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE OR DISCOUNTED RATES IN CASES WHEREBY WE WOULD BE ACTING AS A RESELLER OF YOUR SERVICES?

It is our policy when working with Insurance Companies or Financial Institutions to grant special trade wholesale rates.

FOR PROJECT FUNDING:

APPROXIMATELY HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE TO GET MY PROJECT FUNDED FROM START TO FINISH?

It can take 90 days subject to your cooperation in a timely manner.

ARE YOU DIRECT LENDERS INVESTORS OR BROKERS?

We are direct Lenders and Investors who have our own Private Funds, you deal only with Alon Business Consultancy Limited.

ARE THERE ANY FEES INVOLVED WITHIN YOUR FUNDING AND IF YES WHEN ARE THEY PAYABLE?

We do not charge any fees. However, you will be required to provide adequate security for our Investment.

CAN THE FEES BE ADDED TO THE LOAN?

No, these fees are an expense incurred by Alon Business Consultancy Limited and not a profit. The fees are to cover the following: compliance, underwriting to a commitment with document issuance and legal costs to prepare a 36 page contract and issue. If an applicant did not cover these fees then their investment into the transaction would be zero.

IS IT DIFFICULT TO GET MY PROJECT APPROVED FOR FUNDING AFTER SUBMITTING TO YOU A FULL AND COMPLETE APPLICATION?

No, following the review of your project information, we would advise whether we have interest or not. if yes, then once our procedure is followed and adhered to, you would be approved.
